Mt. Meru- view from Fishers Camp


These are the remnants of the Shira Volcano. In the distance

The local Masai have traded in their traditionally nomadic
lifestyle roaming across the Serengeti and have opted to
plant corn, coffee and banannas on the rich volcanic soil of
